Ryanair question

Apologies if this is in the wrong place, but I'm travelling with Ryanair to Ireland tomorrow, just going for the weekend and will be bringing a small case and a suit bag. Will I have to check the suitcase into the cargo hold or can I carry both the small case and suit bag onboard? Cheers

At the moment 'the one bag through security' rule still applies, it changes at some airports on the 7th January but for you, you will have to pay good old Ryanair to check in the suitcase0

Each passenger (excluding infants) is permitted to carry ONE piece of cabin baggage on board (free of charge). It should weigh no more than 10kg and not exceed the maximum dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm. - http://www.ryanair.com/site/EN/faqs.php?sect=bag&quest=cabinbaggageallowance0
