this parking fine was addressed too myself,my wife visited the local shopping centre, too visit the doctors for a blood test and some shopping, returned home, forgot a few things ,returned for the forgotten items later and came home, the letter was addressed too myself,it says my wife had overstayed?,she had entered the car park at 11.01 and it stated she left at 3.19,this is incorrect as she actually made 2 trips,i think this is known as double dipping?,how can this be contested, thankyou

it's not a fine - it's an invoice.
yes, appeal saying it's a double dip3 -
Add that they need to check the orphan images as required in the Code of Practice and cancel the pcn because there was no breach
UKPA at Yate Shopping Centre or retail park ?
Definitely not a fine, Magistrates issue fines, not UKPA ( the paperwork tells you what it is )3 -
it was at yate shopping centre not the retail park, too be exact, parked under tesco,s in the car park of doom1

No apology for illegally buying your data and harassing you for extortionate money, I see!
Double dip PCNs should not be happening at all but they seem more prevalent now than before.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Wouldn't surprise me if they send out batches of double dips with the intention of allowing any appeals that come back. An easy way to get that supposed 52% the BPA wants to see. Then everything else can be automatically rejected with no effort.2
