I have been doing battle with PP since visiting John Lewis-.
The signage they claim is there is not there has been on going construction works there and they have lost most of the signage also different parts of the same carpark have different ppc signs.
This is my first one past LBC.
filled on the 24th July I have been on a training course last week.
they claim £170 pcn, £35 court and £50 legal rep.
bw legal have done the filing.

What is your question?1
-
Largely to do with planning defence.
Its a John Lewis carpark.
I have found the guide section and down the AOS on the 12 day.
So guess I have the 28 days but the guide says 33.
Anyone have any experience of PP Devon based outfit?0 -
Plenty of Premier Park Ltd, Exeter cases on here, so study a few
I doubt that John Lewis own the car park
AOS should be completed on MCOL between day 5 and day 19 following the issue date, to get extra time
So then the deadline is 4pm on a business day weekday, 33 days later0 -
Please edit your thread title which could cause confusion. They aren't called Premier Parking.
Of course you have 33 days from the issue date of the claim. The claim form explains on page 2 that deadlines add 5 days for servicePRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
