I have been doing battle with PP since visiting John Lewis-.

The signage they claim is there is not there has been on going construction works there and they have lost most of the signage also different parts of the same carpark have different ppc signs.

This is my first one past LBC.

filled on the 24th July I have been on a training course last week.

they claim £170 pcn, £35 court and £50 legal rep.

bw legal have done the filing.

Largely to do with planning defence.

    Its a John Lewis carpark.

I have found the guide section and down the AOS on the 12 day.

So guess I have the 28 days but the guide says 33.

Anyone have any experience of PP Devon based outfit?

Plenty of Premier Park Ltd,  Exeter cases on here,  so study a few

I doubt that John Lewis own the car park

AOS should be completed on MCOL between day 5 and day 19 following the issue date,  to get extra time

So then the deadline is 4pm on a business day weekday,  33 days later

    Ok so did the acknowledgement.

Use the template defence and modified, submitted.

Just got the NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PROCEED- I assume their last move to get money, its £255 claimed even though no hearing so I can't see the legal fee.

    They are offering £34 instalments.

    Whats the process now!

Show us the letter offering instalments.

The process hasn't changed and you are still in the first 8 steps in the Template Defence thread. This is not the last throw of the dice, this is early stage. DQ and Mediation call next but you should know all this from the 8 steps.

    FIGHTBACK ALERT:

Please do the government's Public Consultation. We need every poster to complete this vital survey before the deadline.

    See this thread:

We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.

I've written some guidance to help focus new posters on the issues. I've covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.

Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.

    CLOSES ON FRIDAY 26th SEPTEMBER.

I am tempted to reply as it was a person who issued the PCN that I will want that person to attend court so they can be called? Is that a bad idea, says I need to respond?

Nobody responds and you can't insist that a person attends court.
