KLARNA

I set up an account with Klarna sometime last year but have never purchased anything with them. I then got a bill for £900+ saying i had bought goods in Selfridges, London. I live in the North West. Anyway, after many many conversations with a credit retrieval company and Klarna, they confirmed it was fraudulent purchases and closed the account.
Problem I have is that it is still on my credit report and they said there is nothing they can do. Any ideas? It is affecting my score
Thanks

"a credit retrieval company" do you mean a company that provides credit reports or one that claims to be able to help you improve them?0

MBSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Hi
There were baillifs looking to retrieve the monies.
Klarna have said they can't remove it from my credit report.
I have emailed and spoken to them many times.

I suspect you mean a basic debt collection company, not bailiffs.
"Email and speaking to them" is a fruitless exercise, you register a formal written complaint and they then have 8 weeks to provide you with a final response.
