    Thank you all for your messages, I have now used tell us once. I need to make an appointment at the job centre to ask for advice on any benefit help I may apply for.  I also need to find original wedding certificate from 1982!. I know its in a safe place, just need to find! Thank you all once again Andrea AKA Tuna.

    I'd recommend approaching a trained benefits advisor rather than the Jobcentre, JC staff focus on administering claims and their advice can be hit & miss.

     You can order a copy here if you cant find it. 
     Only use the official government gov.uk website as there are lots of scam sites charging a fortune or even a monthly fee.
