Amex points --> Miles & More

I am wondering whether there is a way to get Miles & More (Lufthansa) miles via a UK credit card nowadays. I saw that one can transfer Amex points into Singapore airlines miles, but I am not sure they can be converted to Miles & More afterwards. All UK credit cards seems to be stuck with Avios.
But maybe there is still a way, though less direct/more time-consuming?

This is true, and no you cannot transfer between, however you can payout to other StarAlliance airlines and then use those miles to book Lufthansa flights.1
