Is this common. Had a dispute resolution hearing today between 1100-1300 via telephone. I have not received a call. I called up but my local court doesn't have a direct line so got through a central line who had correct number on file but had no further details. They advised to send an urgent e-mail which I have done.

Would I be given another date? Has this happened to others before?

Yes we've seen it occasionally and you were right to send the email.

Could it be that you missed telling the court your correct phone number? Your court could blame you and have maybe found against you in your absence today.

You will have to wait and see what the court sends out next. At least your email is a placeholder complaint that you were not phoned for this DR hearing.

No I emailed the court with my Witness statement. Same email I put my phone number. When I rang them they asked me a security question which was my phone number so will be correct

However claimant did not provide witness statement (not received a copy). Can that have relevance.

Havent heard back from anyone yet. No response to email or letters.

I rang the court. The agent said "an order has been made on 18th March but not typed up". She did say due to backlog it could take up to 6 weeks to be sent.

Any ideas what this could be?. Is there a chance of a CCJ due to potentially claiming I didn't answer phone (wasn't called).

Could it be claimant backed out on last day?

Only the court know the contents, so you will have to wait and see ( i would have asked them what it says, if they know. ) coupon mad already said you would have to wait and see what they send out next

    There is no point speculating
