When it’s just not your day! Mishap with Cuprinol Autumn Gold spilling in the boot of my car!

On the positive side, my car boot looks like this now.
I’m 100% sure that no matter how much I wiped it before, I could never have got it this clean. Since I knew the Cuprinol had seeped into the gap between the back seat and the boot, the only way to get it out was with a jet wash. Now that, with your help, I’ve got it sorted, maybe I actually did the right thing after all?
I also added net now to boot.

While leaning to the side during the process, I noticed some water coming out from one of the underside trays—not a lot, and it only drained because the car was tilted.Friend of mine used to have a Renault (Picasso I think). Could hear water sloshing around inside somewhere when driving it around. Turns out that the drain from the roof gullies goes in to a plastic tube that runs down inside one of the door pillars. This tube had a propensity to disconnect its self, and so water would end up collecting inside the chassis.Rolling the car on to the roof might help the water drain out faster.

I had the same thing with a car. The roof drain was syphoning into the drivers well.
A knowledgeable friend found it and put it right in a trice.
It ran down the door jam between front and back.
Perhaps drive up and down some steep hills and park with one side on the pavement or a steep passing place in the countryside 😉I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

So yes, I did that to my car as well, and it was very useful—unlike with the mower. On a serious note, be very careful jacking a car up, and don't put any part of your body under the car when it is only supported by a jack. If the jack slips or fails then you become the jack... and the human body isn't designed to jack cars up. We're talking about the potential for fatal injuries here.1
