Parking fine- parked over two bays

Options
Hi there,

this is the first time I have used this site.
I have received a parking ticket from an NCP  as I was parked over two parking bays. There were only two bays and then a pillar. if I parked in one way it would’ve been really difficult to get out of my car and open the door.
I got a parking fine and ignored it and now it’s gone to trace debt recovery and the fine is £170. I would like some advice as to how to fight this, please.

You can't fight back until you receive a Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice,  followed by a court claim against you using MCOL,  by NCP or their lawyers

Meantime,  read the 4th post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad,  probably 4th one down from the top

Its not a fine  magistrates issue fines,  it's an outstanding unpaid Invoice from NCP

Ignore the powerless debt collectors letters
