Can't upload photos from iPhone

Just doing some listings and want to add photos previously taken on iPhone. Ebay app has updated and now (a) forces through all the info I'd already drafted on computer (annoying but not critical) and (b) won't add photos (critical!). Seems to want to force photos to be taken in real time, asking for 'details'  rather than uploaded from existing photos. Lets me select 'add' for photos, and select them from my phone, but nothing happens when I try to add them - goes back to the 'live' photo screen. What am I doing wrong?

Have you given permission for the Ebay App to access your photo library?  You can do this via settings.
