People seem confused over this.aha, I did think a typed name coming from a personal email address would be good enough but didnt want to take any chances. Maybe that reasurance could be added to the thread about how to fill in the questionnaire?Thank you all so much for the responses

You dont need a signature on the n180 or email
Just title the email with n180 and claim number2 -

A digital signature is what it says on the tin; you type your name into the box and because the form has be generated against a log in or email address it is verified once the name is entered in the box (the recipient has physically reacted) and it's sent back.Anyone could copy and paste an image of your signature if they scan it or get hold of the image it isn't secure. This system generates an official record of every reaction made by whom down to the second. It is used in many areas these days.2

They messed up the original form. here's the link if you're curious. But thanks to everyone else, we will go with the typed signature.1

Hi everyone,Dad had the mediation today. It went ok but the solicitors mentioned that dad was being taken to court for parking in a disabled bay. Dad was in a disabled bay (because someone was in his spot and there was no other spot, he was planning to move the car as soon as his spot was free again)the thing is, the paperwork from Premier Park and later the solicitors NEVER mentioned something about being a disabled bay, it was always about "not paying for the duration of your stay".Just wanted to update and hear from you all, what should we expect now?0

Ignore them
The defendant will receive a court order from your local civil court that was on the N180 DQ document, in a few weeks or months time, possibly next year1 -
They can't change how they pleaded the case now. If the POC said it was about not paying then they can't argue something different now. They were trying it on to scare him and to make him feel bad. Well done for shaking them off and carrying on.myat2025 said:Hi everyone,Dad had the mediation today.
