My son cleans windows at various pubs where he is told he is on the parking whitelist.
He recently discovered that 19 tkts had been issued but because he hadn't updated his v5 went to a previous address so he was unaware.
He has submitted a sar and we now know they have all been escalated to debt companies and is a small fortune. Desperate for a solution.

Get his constituency MP to complain to all parties including the landowner and businesses.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
