ACROSS DAYTIME PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw in relation to the Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women programmes (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, via the Programme app (the “App”) and online via i) the QR code showing during the on screen promotion (to be redirected to www.itv.com/win) in relation to Good Morning Britain only (“QR Code”) or (ii)  the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 1 August 2025.
• Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 3.00 p.m. on Friday 22 August 2025. 
• Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 2.00 p.m. on Thursday 28 August 2025. 

 

Winner selection & contact: 

 

• The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
   

The Programme’s producers may call the winner once or multiple times live on-air on Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and/or Loose Women, at their own discretion, within one (1) week of the closing date and time of the Prize Draw however, please note that any public announcement made regarding the winner is pending verification unless otherwise stated and should not be considered final confirmation. 

 

By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you consent to the Programme’s production team phoning you live on-air on the Programme and for your name, general location, and details of the prize that you have won to be announced in the Programme, on the Website, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at the Promoter’s and/or Programme producers’ discretion. This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.00 plus your network access charge.
   
• SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword PRIZE or WINNER or APP to 65557; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry (provided you have not reached the cap of six (6) paid entries for that week’s Winsday draw).

 

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on-screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contactsection above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize: 

 

There is one (1) prize of sixty thousand pounds (£60,000) cash (the “Cash”), a Tech Bundle (the “Tech Bundle”) and a one thousand pounds (£1,000) supermarket e-voucher (the “E-Voucher”).

 

(i) The Cash 

 

The Cash prize consists of sixty thousand pounds (£60,000) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

(ii) The Tech Bundle

 

This element of the prize consists of a tech package including the following:

The Tech Bundle includes delivery to the winner’s home address. The winner may be required to sign for the delivery and confirm that they are over the age of 18 in order to receive the prize. The prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred in taking up the prize including but not limited to any supplementary products and services, installation or removal of existing products and transportation (other than delivery of the prize to the winner’s home address). The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and/or supplier as relevant.

 

Please note that the Promoter will use elements of the prize for filming purposes therefore boxes of some items may be opened when delivered to the winner.

 

(iii) The E-Voucher

 

This element of the prize consists of a supermarket voucher worth one thousand pounds (£1,000) to spend in one of the following stores in the UK: ALDI (eGift Card), ASDA UK Gift Card, B&M (eGift Card), Farmfoods (eGift Card), Iceland (eGift Card), Marks and Spencer UK Gift Card, Morrisons (eGift Card), Sainsbury's UK (eGift Card), Tesco (eGift Card) or Waitrose & Partners (eGift Card).

 

The value of any monetary balance of the E-Voucher may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. The E-Voucher must be used within twenty-four (24) months from receipt and may be used in-store or online. The E-Voucher shall be delivered to the prize winner via email.

 

Use of the E-Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
