GroupNexus Parking ticket not appearing on appeal

Hello everyone
I just wanted to ask for a little help as a ticket has been received from GroupNexus. I have waited until just before the 28 days to appeal, but when I go to appeal online, it says there is no record of my PCN.
I've triple checked it just to make sure my hamfisted attempts at typing weren't entering something stupid, but has anyone else had this? I'm unsure whether I should try by post, as it wouldn't reach them before the 28 days is up, or if I should just leave it?

Take a screenshot and attach it to a complaint instead, telling them you want a POPLA code.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
