Unable to appeal PC from APCOA that was transferred to me

Hello, i don’t like wasting threads but need help on this one.
I received a Parking Charge letter from Apcoa, i am using a hire vehicle and the company transferred liability to me. When i go to Apcoa website to appeal I am only given 2 options: Pay or Enter liable party details.
It seems that the hire company transferred liability as an appeal, yet i still received a letter with the inability to appeal.
I have checked Apcoa website for contact information where they supposedly have live chat but that is unavailable. Nor do they have an email on site. They do state in their FAQs that you can only appeal through the online portal.
Would appreciate any advice on how i can contact them so i can submit my appeal. Thanks

Have you received a Notice to Hirer in your own name?2
-
I don’t think it’s a NtH as usually the title of the letter is “Notice to Hirer”
This letter is titled “PARKING CHARGE”0 -
But does it have your name and address on it ? As the hirer keeper ? ( not the name of the hire company )1

Yes it does1

Then treat it as an NtH
If you cannot appeal it as hirer, use the Apcoa complaint link on the BPA AOS members website to put in your complaint about being unable to appeal it in the usual manner, , and add the appeal too

Yep dress up a complaint as an appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
