What do I do now?

Third Anniversary First Post
Hello,

This is not my first of these but it seems a lot has changed in the years and I’m very confused by it all. Sorry reading isn’t my strong point with dyslexia but here is as follows.

I have received the following:

I have submitted the acknowledgment of service and it shows on my online that they have received it. Even though it says received on the 28/07/25, I sent it well in advance. Is this just it took them a long time to process it?

now I’m a bit stuck. I can’t understand what I do next. Can I do the defence part online on the website thing and do I need to submit all of the template and just add my defence in?

Sorry if this has been answered a lot of times but I’m in mass anxiety mode now with my mental health and this is getting a bit on top of me.

Thank you for any help.

Yes. Just post here what you intend to submit for paragraph 3.

Do you know what the signage was like? On Streetview it seems to have old UKPC signage. Where did you park?

It was very dark and no lt many lights in the carpark at the time. They had lights but nothing was light up by any parking notices.  I believe I drove in to drop off. And then went out and came back to pick up but not sure of timings.

Delete that picture ASAP and replace it with a properly redacted picture,  after hiding your claim reference number and password,  both are on the right hand side

Total Parking Solutions via DCB LEGAL,  ISSUED 9th July , POC states NO PAYMENT

Use the template defence and adapt paragraphs 2 & 3

If it was here the signage isn't very good, and if it was dark you will need photos taken and date stamped in the dark to show how bad it is for evidence.

Yes it’s there. Signage has a small sign there as you drive in and then everywhere else it was dark.

If the lights weren’t working at the time but do now do I just say that in the pictures or what shall I do? It was middle of December so lighting will be very different now of course.

Just say your facts in your para 3 of the Template Defence, including that it was a dark December evening(?) and no signs were visible.

The steps are already written on the Template Defence thread you were following. We have the 8 steps there to conserve our time, so we don't have to look at dozens of Directions Questionnaires every week, or talk about Mediation phone calls which are all standard and covered in the guidance.
