Calls/Texts from Rundles

Over the past few months I have been receiving texts and calls from Rundles (or someone purporting to be) claiming that I have an unspecified unpaid debt. To date I have ignored them as I have no debt whatsoever and no unpaid fines or penalties.
I have had zero contact from them by post and have not received any demands from anyone, however the number they are calling from appears to be from Rundles themselves. I have checked my credit file and also with my local council that I have no historical unpaid council tax and I do not. Nor with utility companies etc.
I am becoming a tad concerned - I assume that they have an obligation to write to me before anything else to give me an opportunity to pay, so I suspect that my number has been given incorrectly from whoever does have the debt, and the fact that I have received no such correspondence means that I do not actually owe them anything.
Any advice on what I should do? I am very reluctant to call them given that they will ask for my address and details that I am unwilling to give.

I have similar from legitimate debt collection company, albeit referencing a name unknown to me.
My mobile number has been associated with a debt, whether by accident, error or otherwise.
Unless they are quoting your name, the advice is to ignore it/block the number(s).0 -
No reference is ever made to my name or address, or indeed to the alleged debt. One time they said they were due to arrive on a certain date, they didn't, and subsequent messages state that they will 're-attend' which leads me to believe that it's not my address associated with the debt,.flaneurs_lobster said:I have similar from legitimate debt collection company, albeit referencing a name unknown to me.
