Hi everyone,
Getting myself in a right pickle. My baby is just about to start nursery so I am applying for the free hours and tax free childcare account. I earn under the max threshold but hubby earns just below it after pension taken off but sometimes has to take extra shifts that would push him over depending on how many he has. I’m not sure how to enter this in the application- we have no way of predicting this in advance of more than a month and I don’t want to get done for fraud!!!!
how have other people managed similar situations?
Thank you!

All you need is to "expect" (at the time you make your declaration) that your income for the current tax year will be below £100k.0
