Ryanair Reserved Seating booked through Love Holidays

Hi,
Hoping someone here can advise; we paid £52.00 for reserved seating (as we have two young kids under 5) on a Ryanair flight booked through 'Loveholidays' using our american express card. On our inbound flight to Stanstead we were told we had been allocated four RANDOM seats in dotted around the plane and the flight attendants refused to help.
Had contacted 'LoveHolidays' as soon as we arrived back, who as expected have taken NO accountability and have told us to contact Ryanair. When I've contacted Ryanair through chat support I've been told to go back to 'LoveHolidays' !
Have opened a dispute with American Express who keep closing my dispute stating they do not have enough information (despite giving them evidence of the seats that were reserved and the seats that were allocated)
The worst bit is Ryanair have suddenly changed my receipt in the 'Ryanair' app to 'lose; the reservation fee in the main cost of the flight (Fortunately, I have a record of the original receipt'
But where do I go from here?? Obviously, 'Loveholidays' and Ryan air are not operating within their terms and conditions- Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

This is an issue you would need to pursue with RyanAir as the operating airline.
Was the loss of your assigned seats due to a downgrade/change of the aircraft type? Did you end up sitting together elsewhere on the aircraft?0 -
