New sofas - want to reject

Had a call from the furniture shop. They had received the report which said sofas were faulty - asked if we’d like repair or replacement. Said we would like refund - went away to discuss and seemed to accept this. When I asked what next step was, they said they had to get authorisation from Lazyboy. So now we’re waiting - hopefully sofas will get collected and we can start again! The shop did say if wanted to come and see other sofas then could exchange - as they have a wide range, but we just want to pause and get this sorted. In the meantime bean bags and chairs will have to do! Assume any refund should include delivery costs?1

That's a result, accepting the sofas are faulty. The refund should be the full amount you paid, so including delivery costs.1

Thanks. Have had another call to arrange date of collection and then refund will follow. Hopefully no issue with full amount inc delivery being refunded. Thank you to everyone who responded to this thread. Really helpful.2
