Santander Edge with 25£ Amazon voucher

In April, I opened 2 Santander Edge accounts through a MSE offer which included a £25 Amazon voucher per account to be paid within 3 months. I should have received the voucer on 2-3 July. Here's the message I received in April when I opened the accounts:
"Thanks for registering.

IMPORTANT: To be eligible for the Gift Card you must have been accepted for a Santander Edge, Edge Up or Everyday Current Account. 

Please note emails will be sent to the email address you provided when signing up to the offer via the VoucherSent registration page.

In the event you have not received your email by Thursday 3rd July 2025, please follow this link to raise a query." 

When I press the link now, I get this message: "Enquiry could not be raised as promotion either paused or closed."

Does anyone have any recommendations how i can get the vouchers?

I'm afraid you've missed the boat there was a deadline of 17th July to claim.

I never received the emails with the vouchers so how can I have left it too late? "You will have 30 days in which to claim your Gift Card from the date you receive your email from VoucherSent."

I would suggest you read the terms of the offer again. They've been pasted in to the existing thread here.

The 30 days is to claim your gift card means that your application correctly tracked and you're entitled to the gift card. So you click on the link in the email and claim your gift card code, which you can then enter into your Amazon account. This is what has to be done within 30 days.

If you didn't receive the email confirming that your application correctly tracked, then you had to fill out the claim form on or before 17th July. Then they manually check your claim and send you out the confirmation email, containing the link to claim your gift card and you need to do this within 30 days.

So you've left it too late for this offer.
