Low use business users do pay 5%
£2,05 is very typical of a daily standing charge.
Many years ago I was Company Sec for a similar block and found one of the small suppliers - I think it was Flow - very competitive.
Ring around - don't use a broker.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
