Hi Guys,
Thanks for your excellent help over the years which has ALWAYS won through for me.
However I received a PCN from Euro Parking Services on 2nd May this year. Once again I followed the advice on this board and issued the template as my defence however this company is not playing ball.
I have now received a letter from this company with the title "final demand before court action".
They say their next step is to contact Gladstone to commence proceedings against myself.
My question is; is this final demand before court action the same as an LBC and should I reply accordingly? Or is this letter simply another threat to ignore?
Also at what stage is it acceptable to mention a counter claim issued by myself?
Thanks, once again, for all your help.
