Help identifying curtain rail fixings

I need to find some replacement fixings for a curtain rail in a bay window. The track itself is OK but the brackets have failed so I'd like to find some replacements if anyone recognises them?
If it helps in identification I can tell you that they attach in my case to a plastic thing that slides on a metal bracket as shown on the second photo
Thanks
