So had a thought while having some fun with ECP.

So in this case much like the beavis case they l9ve to qouye so much. Iys a anon pay CP with the reason for the operation to make sure only actual customers of the land owner use the CP.

In cases such as that where you actually were a customer of the land owner and the only breech of contract would be not "authorising" the vehicle

If every other "term of the contract" was followed and proof could be given of this. wouldn't that count as de minimis?

Which would instantly shut down even more of these cases which is just someone forgot to get something stamped or to Input a reg etc.
