Heathrow missed deadline to appeal

Options
Hi all
I was away and missed the deadline to appeal to APCOA re a PCN at Heathrow

On a thread by ‘troublemaker22’ it says:
where the appeal time limit has expired, write to APCOA with the standard keeper appeal.

However it won’t allow me to do this as it says PCN not found. I also received a letter Debt Recovery Plus threatening today as the deadline before the case goes to court

my question:

how do i send this appeal to APCOA now or shall I wait for letter from court etc? They don’t have an email facility on their website! Only web chat but I don’t think this is an ideal way?

I doubt that anything will happen,  apart from more powerless debt collectors letters,  so Ignore them

There wont be any court claim

If you really want to complain to Apcoa,  as keeper,  you could do so using the complaint link in the BPA AOS members list,  but no blabbing about who was driving or about what happened

Personally,  I would say Ignore them

Was it a Parking Charge Notice   ?  Or a Penalty Notice  ?

Yep you can ignore APCOA and the £170 threatograms.

Or you can send an email to Debt Recovery Plus with proof of being away (flight times and proof you were the passenger on those flights) so you did not see the PCN and could not appeal at the time when the PCN arrived and tell them you want the PCN reissued as stated in the Code of Practice,

I'd do the latter. Let's see DRP's reply.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
