TERMS AND CONDITIONS for KISS x VOXI Mobile (the “Competition”).

These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail. 

1. THE ON AIR COMPETITION AND HOW TO WIN 

1.ENTRY ROUTES AND COSTS

Entry to the Competition is available via the following routes:

Entries are restricted to one per person. 

Online entry is free of charge. 

2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN There will be 5 on-air winners, one per day (04/08/2025 - 08/08/2025), each winning the prize as described in “5.0 The Prize”.

2.1 Registration

• Entrants must use the online registration form (1. Entry Routes and Costs) to answer the question- ‘what’s the first thing you’d do if you landed in Ibiza right now?’. 

• Entrants must then enter their own name and contact details in order to be contacted, should they be successful. 

2.2 Shortlisting 

• Bauer Media’s production team and an independent judge will select a shortlist of entries from all valid entries submitted via the online page during the entry period (3). Valid entries will be judged on the following criteria:

o Worthiness; and

o Entertainment value

• We reserve the right to shortlist entrants for each on-air competition. Being short-listed does not deem you a winner. You are not a winner until told by the production team after the competition rounds have been executed on-air. 

• The successful shortlisted entrants will be contacted by a member of the KISS production team from Friday 1st August 09:00 – 17:30 to Thursday 7th August 09:00 – 17:30. They will be asked to reiterate their entry over the phone and confirm their availability between 07:30 – 08:30 from 04/08/2025 – 08/00/2025, when the on- air competition stage will take place. They will only be required on one of these mornings.

• We will contact 3 shortlisted entrants each day, with only one being brought to air. If we are unable to get hold of the first shortlisted entrant, we will move onto the next, until one is successfully brought to air. 

• If you fail to answer the phone when called, your entry will become invalid. 

2.3 The Competition

• The Competition rounds will air during the breakfast show on KISS from the 04/08/2025 – 08/08/2025 between 07:30 - 08:30. 

• When called, the selected entrant will have to answer the phone with the phrase ‘KISS my summer’.

• If they answer the phone with that phrase, Tyler West will then ask them ‘what’s the first thing they’d do if they landed in Ibiza right now’ as entered online. 

• Once they tell Tyler their entry, they will then be rewarded with the prize. (See section 5 “The Prize”)

• If the contestant does not answer the phone with the correct phrase, they will lose their spot in the competition, and we will move onto the next shortlisted contestant until one answers with the correct phrase – ‘KISS my summer.’

3. ENTRY PERIOD 

Online for pre-registration at: https://hellorayo.co.uk/kiss/competitions/ from 30/07/2025 00:01 (“Start Time”) to 07/08/2025 12:00 (“End Time”).

Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid. 

Winner Announcement. The name and the hometown of the winners may be announced during the live period, on-air, on KISS.

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS • Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. 

• Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter.

• We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.

• Anyone who has won a Bauer competition to the value of £500 or more within the past 6 months on any Bauer Radio Brand, will not be eligible to take part in this competition nor will anyone else at their address. If by any chance they get through to the phone lines – any prize they have been successful with will not be awarded. 5. THE PRIZE 

5 x winners will receive the following prize (the “Prize”):

T&Cs:

• The prize package is for two (2) people, all of whom must be free to travel across 22 to 24 August 2025; Winner and guest must both be over the age of 18; 

• Economy flights from London Stansted only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties); Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Departing from Stansted on 22 August at 08:00 and returning from Ibiza on 24 August 12:45, no other flight routing will be provided; Excludes checked luggage and pre-selected seats;

• Travel expenses are included up to the total value of £100 GBP, which can be spent on petrol/parking or travel by public transport to London Stansted;

• Accommodation is based on two (2) adults sharing one (1) double occupancy room in Ibiza; Accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;

• A valid credit or debit card for incidentals may be required to guarantee your room on check in and therefore at least one of the travellers must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card; 

• The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, hotel incidentals, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; 

• All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and equal monetary value may be offered at the prize provider’s discretion; 

• All cash allowances listed will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be aged 18 years or older;

• Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. Travel insurance provided is a basic single trip policy and it is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over; Levels of coverage will vary and it is the winner and guest’s responsibility to ensure that the level of coverage offered is sufficient for their circumstances; 

• Winner and guest must be free to travel on 22 August to 24 August with the provided itinerary, no other dates or timings will be offered; 

• Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; 

• Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available; 

• All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests; 

• If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package; 

• Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel, the arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing, quarantine accommodation or anything else that may be required is sole responsibility of the winner and guest;

OTHER CONDITIONS 

1. DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to a Prize Provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. For SMS entries you automatically consent to receive marketing. You may opt out at any time by texting the word STOP to the relevant text shortcode number. If you have opted in to receive marketing communications, then your details will be used in accordance with the information given when you ticked the opt-in box and gave your consent. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you have submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you any remuneration therefore and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize if applicable. We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

3. MISCELLANEOUS. 

● Entries which do not comply with these Terms or the General Competition Terms and Conditions will not be accepted and any entries may be disqualified if we have any reason to suspect that there is a breach of, or non-compliance with, these Terms.

● Where a competition mechanic involves the answering of questions, the correct answers to questions must match our answers to win (or be sufficiently close in our sole reasonable opinion) to be acceptable. In the event of any dispute about any answers given and whether they are correct, we reserve the right to amend what we deem a correct answer, however we are not obliged to, and our decision in either case is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

● We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call. 

● You are responsible for all costs of entry and where necessary, obtaining the bill payer’s permission. Please refer to your tariff with your network provider for information about charges you may incur for entry into our competitions via any SMS or phone call entry route. 

● We accept no liability for network, technical or signal errors, issues or failures experienced by entrants when entering the competition or at any stage during the mechanic of the competition. 

● Whilst on-air, you must not make any inappropriate, profane, indecent, harmful or offensive statements. If you do so we reserve the right to take you off-air immediately and disqualify you from the competition. You may be also disqualified from the competition at any time if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners. Any prize already won may be withdrawn and re-awarded to another entrant.

● As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition or any element of the Prize.

We may cancel, end or suspend the Competition where we are required to do so in circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any stage during the Competition if such amendment is necessary to facilitate the administration of the Competition.
