Part of the Furniture 100 Posts Photogenic Name Dropper
Anybody know whether Fuse is an app only account? The website isnt clear and i cant find a phone number. Which leads me to believe it might be.

    Yes it is but it"s a pretty good (if basic) app and you can communicate via the message service which is a real human and very quick and efficient. I'm with Fuse they are quite good.

    I am just joining them and was not pleased to find they use a phone app to do business. I find their web page on my laptop seems ok Obviously designed for phones, though I had to cut out the direct link tracker in the first instance and use the address line from....anyway I shan't go into that. 
    I asked how to set a password they said "No we just use your phone number"  and email you a token. 
    But I have email on my phone so If I loose it, or it's stolen any decent thief could do a lot of damage, again I wont say how. But it is worrying so I told then I will not put the app on my phone but continue to use my laptop. They said ok. 
    If you are running NoScript you will have to allow some items and unblock if using Disconnect. You need the two "intercom" scripts for the chat to work. 
    Badly needs a password! 
    But I am a tad suspicious and have no means of payment on my phone. Just because... doesn't mean....!  :)

    I joined them on the 1st August 2025.  I was surprised to see that it was app based but I'm guilty.of skim reading so it could well have been on their advertisement that lead me to them.  Howver, so far so good.  I like the fact payment is by variable direct debit and meter readings are by photographic evidence.  I don't understand where they get their daily figures from  I see on the app as I don't have a smart meter.  Anyhow, I have only contacted them once via chat, it was an actual human and he gave me the answer to the query I had.   I will submit my first readings on September 1st and see how we get along.
