Appoligies, forgot to update this case. I didn''t have much time to work on the defence for much longer so filed what we had.Gladstones went ahead with the case and it was dismissed by the judge in around 6 minutes.There were various valid points in there, but because I'd included the letter sent to NPM & gave details of the phone call that was made, both informing them that a local garage was in controll of the car when it was parked, that's what the judge focusd on and that was the winning factor.
Judge asked their rep why NPM and Gladstones didn't inform her of this and the rep simply didn't know. (even though it was in the witness statement we filed).9 -
