Bad Alerts from Kent Reliance

This is only my second post here. Again not sure if this is the right place for it.
Having problems with Kent Reliance regarding advance alerts.
First problem is I am now getting late notice of rate reductions and with long notice this can cost me money. They often send me post of this and one notice arrived over a month later than the date on the letter ! I am avoiding any new notice accounts as a result.
Second problem yesterday I received both SMS and email alert regarding payment request which was being processed. I had not made any payment request that day so compelled to phone and ask what was happening. It transpired there was no payment requests pending, so obviously an error which cost me time and money as it was not something where I could delay a phone call to my free evening slot. False alerts here are reducing my trust in Kent Reliance.
Additional problem logging in yesterday. After failing twice, an abrupt connection then followed for no reason or no explanation from KR.
Anyone else having these issues?

i didn't even know they had a new platform !
Just did a search and yes ! 2 ways to login.
I still use my old 10 digit identification number with no problems at the moment and it seems my browser always goes there for my login.

Thanks for this, 2 more to avoid it seems. At the moment it is only KRBS giving me problems.subjecttocontract said:

I am delighted with my RCI 95 day as they have increased the rate to 4.70% and cancelled all of the planned future reductions. They don't do issues so when they increase the rate on offer everyone is notified and benefits. I funded this some time back and it was the best rate for some time and it seems that situation is now back again. Adding more funds now of course.0 -
I've had issues with Skipton too. I occasionally get an email entitled "Your Electronic Payment Statement notification" despite not making any payments. And when I log in to online banking to check the details, the statement is for an account I closed months ago. No money missing from my accounts, so presumably it's just a rogue alert. Very annoying though.subjecttocontract said:

Come to think of it I made a withdrawal from Skipton recently but didn't get the notification. Definitely something wrong there. I should probably inform Skipton rather than just moaning about it...1 -
I complained to KRBS as I spent some time querying my non withdrawal alert and later I got a secure reply saying it was because they were processing a withdrawal request I made the previous week !clairec666 said:

I already knew that, as those funds were already in my HSBC even before they sent their useless alert !
I have free evenings and weekends, so on Saturday I phoned to remove the freeze I had placed to stop any withdrawals (including my own online). I also get alerts when anyone logs into my account so I am now just relying on those, as they are usually quick and reliable but bit of a nuisance filling up my phone messages every time I login.0 -
Kent Reliance are known to delay notification of rate reductions. They will date the letter but only send it weeks later.
