Paused payments to Hodge

Options
Hi everyone having several things I wish to talk about so this is the first.
Can't find specific thread and creating a new one hope this is the right thing to do.
Recently opened a Hodge Easy Saver Account. First payment from my HSBC no problem, second payment flagged up as risk of fraud but paid, third payment attempt today payment paused and I have to phone HSBC to clear it, due to suspect  transfer fraud (someone telling me to make payment etc).
Zero risk of course but frustrating having to phone and confirm.
Plan to do this after 7pm as I still have landline with free evenings and weekends ! and I expect I will get stuck in a queue or get into long discussion.
Anyone else having this sort of problem ?

    Yes there would have been.

I notice their new saver phone line is an 0800 number, not sure about existing savers.

I tried to register as a new online customer with my new saver application but when I entered my NH number it flagged me up as an existing customer. Some years back I had some Hodge fixed bonds and it seems my data is still on their system. I was routed to register through the latest login process as an update to my existing customer status and now have the freephone. Perhaps existing customer with active accounts can also do this?
