Of course you don't use registered post for anything connected to the case. The DQ is a normal form explained in full in the 'first 8 steps' in the Template Defence thread.

One more question, if when the mediator phones I miss the call what would happen. I am a school teacher and have my phone off all day while teaching. I guess I can't stipulate a specific time for the call or say I'm not available for all of term time?
