Hi, Can you experts help me understand one simple thing. I made a purchase last month on the MBNA credit card knowing that the Card T&C mentions that I have 56 days interest free period. Yes it was the old John Lewis card. I don't know how things work now as fortunately since then I have not accrued any interest.
Just to be clear, say I had made £200 worth of purchases, the statement balance might show as £250 and there was no accounting for the £50.
