AFAIK only the supplier can access that, but Loop et al can access HH data….

One of the forum regulars (I forget exactly who, sorry) delved into the specifications for the data that smart meters supply, and what parts of it are available to which DCC users. I may have referred to this document at some stage, that lists what requests can be made and who can make them: SEC Appendix E - DCC User Interface Services Schedule. I think Service Request 4.6.1 is the one that calls up the daily meter readings, and it can only be issued by the supplier or its appointed data handler ("Meter Data Retriever").
