refund for goods that were ordered 8 months ago

hi guys

so i placed 4 orders with a company for some model supplies on there website it says shipping would be delayed as the items are made in batches these were ordered 8 months ago 2 months ago i asked for a refund and got an answer of they would only give me store credit despite still not having the order finished or any delivery date and they have a 30 day cancellation period i sent a letter requesting a refund which a few hours after receiving the letter they dispatch 2 of the 4 orders none of the 4 orders are now required and thay state that because the items are hand made they are exempt from refunding me and its past the 30 cancellation period they are produced in batches which is what they say on there website no they are hand made i managed to get some of the money back through paypal  but due to the length of time that has passed neither the bank or paypal can help the company have over £600 of my money is there anything i can do as this is causing me alot of stress and worry now

thanks for reading this

    Hi OP

Can you clarify what you paid, what you was refunded please?

    Total Price
    Amount refunded
Price of the 2 items you have received

Name of the website would be handy too :)

Being hand-made doesn't impact your right to return at item at all.

Being customised will though.  Were these items selected from a catalog, or were they designed/built to your specification?
