Hi all, I've been searching for a suitable defence for paragraph 3 that I can use for the following POC. The solicitors are BW Legal via UK Car Park Management Ltd.
Can anyone advise on what text I might be able to reuse/amend from in this case?

You have shown us the POC and that is what you have to answer, i.e. defend against. Ask yourself why you parked there without authorisation (or did you) maybe you did have authorisation or had a valid permit!2
