As per the title, a couple of buyers have messaged me to say they are getting this message when trying to buy from me.
Has anyone else experienced this and how do I correct it ?
Have noticed my sales have tanked over the last week so this is probably the reason.

Try yourself from a device not connected to your account. It maybe the buyers not your sale or the app.
You pay have preferences set to them having no strikes etc. and they have multiple strikes? Years back
I had a buyer who said I was blocking them from bidding but it turned out they didn't have a valid payment

Yes it works OK on the desktop site, but I guess it's a hassle for a buyer to do that if they are buying via phone.

at a guess the Apple/Google app store terms means that thing isn't allowed to be sold via an app.
