Contacted Nectar on chat again to query why I’m not receiving bonus offers. They said that Sainsburys send them the offers, it’s not Nectar that are at fault. Don’t know if that is true but will try to find the correct connection to Sainsbury’s to query this. This week nothing that I have ever bought in my Nectar prices and nothing in bonus points. Toilet rolls again, but haven’t bought from Sainsbury’s for a least 6 years as have a Costco card. Did get 3x points if I spend £110 but won’t be.

Contacted Sainsbury’s on line. They replied but obviously hadn’t read or understood as spoke about ‘vouchers’. They said they would pass it on. I replied that vouchers weren’t the problem and explained again. I didn’t receive a reply. But last Friday I received 20 bonus offers and 10  Your Nectar prices! All items that I normally buy and not a toilet roll in sight. So I don’t know if Sainsbury’s has finally fixed my account or finally realised something was wrong with their systems because I understand I wasn’t the only one with this problem. At least now I can stop shouting at their TV advert re ‘personalised offers.’ Keeping my fingers crossed that all is back to normal. Thanks to whoever sorted this.
