Dear forum, I hope you can advise.
I've received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus informing me that I owe them £170 fie to a PCN from 8th May 25. Apparently I've missed previous letters, and this is the final one prior to facing "Potential court action".
Unfortunately, I'm past the point where I can appeal - I tried the APCOA portal and it wont accept the appeal.
I've read the guidance and previous similar posts (had to wait a few days for forum approvals) and understand the reasons for responding in the manner advised, and using the templates.
I apparently have 7 days (4 left) to pay, setup a payment plan or make contact with them before they begin legal recovery actions. Unhelpfully, there is no email address, just a phone number (0208 234 6775) or a PO box address for Debt Recovery Plus, and no information at all on how to contact APCOA.
Can anyone advise what action I should take please?

Yes I can , it's very simple
IGNORE THE POWERLESS DEBT COLLECTORS LETTERS - NO ACTION AT ALL !
see post 4 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum2 -
Obviously ignore these letters but you know that already from the pictures of £170 threatograms in the NEWBIES FAQs thread!
Your logbook isn't up to date is it?
Old address still on it?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Thank you both, I think there is a very good chance that my log book is NOT up to date, although I may or may not have lived in one address since 2001.
Cant help a feeling of nervousness - the threatograms are disconcerting!0 -
Don't read them then , because they can do nothing to you except post letters, scary or not, no teeth, just weasel words
Ensure that your V5c log book is up to date, otherwise the DVLA can issue proper fines of up to £1000 for not doing so
Ditto with your driving licence too, so could be another possible £1000 both are legal requirements by the DVLA
But there is no keeper liability at airports, so nothing they can do, nothing will happen, keep your money where it belongs
Do you know if it was a Parking Charge Notice, PCN ? Or a Penalty Notice ?2 -

Just a heads up on the importance of keeping your V5C up to date. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I'd be more nervous about not having kept my V5C details up to date than DRP letters.4
