PCN for parking outside the bay Claim Form received

Hello All,I have received a claim form to fill in my defence for a parking charge notice for contractual breach. The circumstances are that it was me my mum had been in hospital and I had to buy clothes for her so it was a really stressful day. I was in and out the shops in 15 mins and the car park was not full. I have ignored all the debt recovery letters and not identified myself as the driver.
I attach the PCN and CLaim form. I have been reading the template and would be grateful if anyone can advise me, i will be putting a defence together but just incase if i need to include anything thats not in the template.
