Totaladblock.com - confused 86 year old

Parent inadvertently signed up to this in December for 1.99. She doesn’t remember doing it (has no need of the service), didn’t know it was an ongoing monthly charge  and has only just noticed  it in on her statements.  It went up to 9.99 a month in January. and is now 14.99.
i can’t see that she has ever downloaded anything on her phone or laptop to make use of them.

The free account which you get sent to with the lost password option doesn’t show the subscriptions to cancel. She can’t get into the paid account without a password, and she hasn’t got an account number for them either

The bank have put a block on further payments, but have said she needs to get onto the company for a refund. I can’t find an email address or any other contact details, just webpage forms which sends a query into the ether. 

Is anyone familiar with this lot who know if it’s possible to properly get in touch with them? .
