Hi
Seems Kiwi Browser app is no longer maintained.
Has been removed from Google PlayStore.
Version 137.0.7337.0 apk file is still available...
From here ---> https://github.com/kiwibrowser/src.next/releases
It won't be updated.
I've tested it with a crx addon file side-load.
Seems to work, sluggish on my low-spec phone.
For Android, Mozilla-based browser apps such as Firefox have addon support.
For Chromium-based browser apps (maybe) Microsoft Edge Canary... but that's not available for me, needs a later version of Android apparently.

Long term a non-supported browser will turn into even more of a security risk than web browsers are anyway. If you only visit a few well-known sites then you'll probably get away with it... but I'd be careful.
As to installing add-ons Firefox-based Android browsers indeed support this. I use fennec (downloaded from f-droid) but there are others. But again a word of warning: some people go OTT with add-ons, some have installed dozens and every add-on adds to the attack surface. I use only two: uBlock Origin and Cookie AutoDelete.
As to MS Edge... the less stuff I have from them the better. If I need a Chromium-based browser I use Vivialdi, both on the desktop and my Androids.
