Lettings in a box

Has anyone had experience of this company? Our letting agents have subcontracted Lettings in a Box to do the sanctions screening
and anti-money laundering checks on all landlords and tenants.
The company wrote to me before our LA had informed us of it and I had already blocked them as I had no idea who they were. Despite numerous ways of communicating with them, emails on their main site, calls to call handler, and asking our LA to contact them giving an alternative email address, they are still sending reminders to the original email address which is immediately dumped in the Junk folder.

No idea but can’t you just mark the emails as not-junk?1

No, we mean you undoing flagging their email address as spam.2

Sounds like you’re trying to reply to an email address you have marked as junk. You need to in-mark it first, then you’ll be able to reply and receive emails to / from that address.Joskat said:

Yep, I’ve done that but still can't send. Our concern now is that they haven't taken any notice of our multiple instructions to write to an alternative email address, so wonder how lax they may be with our personal information.user1977 said:No, we mean you undoing flagging their email address as spam.0 -
If you "can't send" then it sounds like a problem you have with whatever your email platform is, rather than anything the recipient is doing.0

They may have systems limitations to be able to just change an email address which is often used as the main unique identifier in customer database systems.Joskat said:

It can also be a scam telling them to suddently change the contact details, so if anything its more comforting that they aren't changing immediately.
Ultimately it seems to be an issue with your email platform, so that would be the place to focus on rather than expecting the company to work around you.0
