    @Castle something to consider, but my beef isn't really with HSBC, but CPS and NET trams and a distain how they are implementing a practice I thought was left in the past.

    Thanks for the advice, yes I've completed the N279 form, sent to the court and copies to the defendants. I plan to call the court and make sure it's been received, but I've left a bit of time for it to be processed.

    A bit of an aside, everyone should learn basic lock picking. It's very easy and most of these clamps can be removed in seconds.

    It's a good life skill and helps you understand how to protect your property based on the realistic capabilities of locks.
