The winner and guest will stay for two nights, B&B, in a Deluxe Garden View room at Longueville Manor. The only Relais & Châteaux hotel in the Channel Islands, it was recently awarded a coveted Michelin key and offers guests a serene and luxurious escape amid 18 acres of grounds. Its 29 bedrooms and suites mix handmade mattresses with countryside colours and antiques.

The chef Andrew Baird celebrates the Jersey larder, with hand-dived scallops, crab and lamb on his menu. Facilities include a boutique spa, a tennis court and a large outdoor pool.
