If you do pay the creditor you pay what you can afford and you don't have to submit any details.

If you do this set up a standing order ( not direct debit ) you should be able to go onto their website with your account number and just do it. Under no circumstances contact them otherwise they will try and get you to  pay what they want not what you want.
If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.

You still haven`t revealed what your strategy is yet?

Are you planning on making payment`s/waiting until they become statute barred/just ignoring, what is the plan???

If you are going to start making payments in all likelihood you will never get an LBA.

Many Ways I didn't mean ignore a LBA, whet i was trying to say was that if the proper forms are sent then the information is being asked for by the court not the debt collection company.
An LBA is always from the debt collector; not the court.
