Cooperative bank - delay in showing transfers in?

I have had a broadly rubbish experience with Coop as a bank, so this observation doesn't surprise me. But I've just transferred money into my Co-op account and it's not showing up. Is this a weekend thing, does anyone know?

This is normal for co-operative bank. I think they use an old system. Sometimes it is instant other times it takes hours to show.

I transferred money to a co-op current acct earlier today via Faster Payment and it arrived within minutes. Hopefully therefore an isolated issue, and your payment will get/has got through soon

Mine worked okay too. Sometimes takes a few minutes to show, but today was even quicker than usual.

Thanks everyone one. It has appeared now, but given previous poor experience I jumped to conclusions. Shame they have this reputation.

Always been like that. Typically takes about 20 mins for transfers in. Transfers out do show immediately however
