I had my mediation call a couple of months ago. They came down from £250 to £80, but I offered £20 as a last offer and they refused.

Since then all I have received is a letter at the beginning of January allocating the case to a local county court.

I also have been receiving calls from from 0161 number around 5x in the last few weeks. A voicemail with a recorded/automated message has been left saying "this is DCBLegal for Mr X…we have been trying to contact you etc."

However one of these voicemails they asked for a completely different name to mine.

How does this land with GDPR, is it something I should pursue or just continue to ignore the calls and wait for the next letters from the court.
