Popla code expired, no NTK received

in Parking tickets, fines & parking
The timeline is as follows:
Windscreen PCN: 17/05/2025
Appeal sent: 11/06/2025 (25 days since PCN)
Appeal rejected: 12/06/2025 (26 days since PCN)
Final Reminder: 18/07/2025 (62 days since PCN)

So no NTK was received. I tried appealing via POPLA but the verification code (received with the rejection on 12/06) has expired.

What should I do now? How do I appeal on the grounds that no NTK was served?

    Just come back if any court claim
    Inform the parking firm if you move
